What we are looking for

A Designer is a creative and strategic thinker with excellent design and research skills to help us elevate our creative product. As a member of the creative team, you will design for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video/motion, and social media), working closely with the creative, strategy and accounts teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop the visual look and feel. Thorough briefing and research will be required to understand each client's industry, products/services, branding, and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a versatile design style and approach.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and client-related industry trends
  • Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in design


Daily and monthly responsibilities

  • Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands
  • Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings with internal team
  • Create original designs for a range of corporate branding, marketing and communications materials
  • Collaborate with a team from concept development to delivery of final product
  • Present design concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion
  • Revise designs based on internal and client feedback/direction
  • Reviews creative issues as they arise and assists in resolving to the satisfaction of Strategy, Client Services and Creative teams
  • Provides solid rationale that explains the thinking behind design choices and demonstrates how those choices answer and align to the creative brief
  • Prepares and refines presentations for internal and client pitches that creates a story that is weaved from beginning to end   


You have:

  • 5+ years of design experience working with diverse businesses
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A huge passion for design, advertising and the agency life
  • You thrive on variety and are always looking for the next challenge
  • You are equally comfortable designing for larger B2B clients and can quickly switch gears to work on a smaller not-for-profit client
  • You are a team player who loves brainstorming and collaborating to find the best solution to problems
